Pike Technical Services, Inc. was founded in September of 2003 by Bill Justice and Mike Francisco.

Since Mike's recent retirement in 2025, Bill Justice has taken over as the sole President and CEO of PTSI, and the company has recommitted itself to providing quality engineering services to the Appalachian Mountain region located across Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia.

For 22 years and counting, our engineering firm has approached each job with precision, attention to detail, and efficiency.
